A one-time payment of $29 buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to the digital files of the program: the guide, the session references, the tracking log and the bonuses listed on the pricing section of this site. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and nothing recurring.

Use the program for yourself and your own household. Print the tracking log as often as you like. What you cannot do is resell, re-host, give away or share the files, publish them inside another product, or use the material to train a fitness business. The content stays our intellectual property; the licence is yours.

This program is general fitness and movement guidance for healthy adults, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified practitioner.
